1. order and agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties once your order has been received by the seller. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm it by sending an order confirmation to your e-mail. The buyer is responsible for verifying that the order confirmation matches the intended order.
2. prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Information regarding total costs, including all taxes (VAT, customs, etc.) and delivery costs (shipping, postage, handling fees), is specified in the checkout before the order is completed.
3. payment
We offer safe and secure payment through our trusted partners. The total amount is reserved on your account upon order placement and will only be charged when your order is dispatched.
Vipps / MobilePay: Quick and secure payment via the Vipps or MobilePay mobile app. Simply confirm the purchase on your phone for a seamless checkout experience.
Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure systems to ensure your privacy and safety.
Klarna: Choose to pay immediately, delay payment with an invoice (Pay Later), or split the cost into installments. When using Klarna, a credit check may be performed, and your personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s own terms and conditions.
4. delivery and risk
Delivery will be carried out according to the method specified in your order confirmation. We bear the risk for the products until they are in your physical possession.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is up to 4 weeks, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Delays: In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of the situation. You are entitled to cancel your purchase at no charge if the delay is significant.
Uncollected Packages: If a package is not collected and subsequently returned to us, a fee of 250 NOK will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund or added to your invoice.
5. right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
Notification: you must notify us of your intent to use the right of withdrawal within the deadline. This can be done via e-mail.
Returning the Item: The item must be returned to us in approximately the same condition and quantity as it was received.
Return Costs: The buyer must cover the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed or if we have delivered the wrong item.
Custom-Made Items: Custom-made jewelry, such as the remelting of your own silver or gold, is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal as the item is uniquely crafted to the customer's specific requirements.
Refund: We will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs (for standard shipping), no later than 14 days after we have received the item or documentation that the item has been sent back.
6. claims and defects (warranty)
If there is a defect in the product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after it was discovered. A notice given within two months will always be considered timely.
Claim Period: Since our jewelry is intended to last significantly longer than two years, the total statutory right of complaint is 5 years from the date you took possession of the item.
Your Rights: In the event of a defect, and in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, you may demand repair, a replacement, a price reduction, or a cancellation of the purchase, provided the defect is not insignificant.
7. personal data (privacy)
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information is used only to manage the customer relationship and carry out delivery and payment. We only share necessary information with our partners for shipping and payment (e.g., Vipps and Shopify Payments).
8. conflict resolution
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation.
